We combine a handheld blue-laser and infrared capture platform with a disciplined processing pipeline. Here is exactly what that means — in millimetres.
| Point distance | Down to 0.05 mm — real-time adjustable in three quality tiers (0.5 / 1.0 / 2.0 mm presets) |
|---|---|
| Volumetric accuracy | 0.04 + 0.06 mm/m with photogrammetric scale-bar alignment |
| Capture rate | Up to 4,800,000 points/second in crossed-line mode; 1,620,000 pts/s in high-definition parallel-line mode |
| Working distance | 160 – 1500 mm, adaptable to object scale on the fly |
| Object scale | Jewellery (~10 mm) to vehicles and machinery (5 m+) — indoor or outdoor mode |
| Capture modes | Blue laser (25+25 crossed / 7 parallel lines) + infrared mode for people and live subjects — laser-free and safe |
| Alignment | Markers (3/6/12 mm) · geometric features · texture · global markers · photogrammetry with scale bars |
| Operation | Fully wireless handheld or tripod-mounted — the studio comes to your site |
| Output formats | STL · OBJ · PLY · 3MF · ASC — STEP via CAD post-processing; shareable web viewer for every project |
| Verification | Live data-quality map during capture; low-confidence areas rescanned before we leave |
How we reach the numbers
Crossed lines for coverage, parallel lines for detail, infrared for people. The mode is chosen per object — never one-size-fits-all.
Markers, features, texture or photogrammetric scale bars — the alignment scheme is planned before we scan, so global accuracy holds across the whole object.
Live quality maps flag low-confidence areas; we rescan them on the spot. Meshes leave the studio watertight, cleaned and inspected.
Processing pipeline
Noise filtering, small-floating-part removal, spike elimination.
Watertight or semi-watertight meshing, auto & manual hole filling, curvature-based refinement.
Datum creation (points/lines/planes), 3-2-1 alignment, distances, areas and volumes.
Format conversion, simplification to spec, report generation and web-viewer publishing.
